Centrally located with great access to local attractions. Room sizes feel cramped, especially the bathroom layout. Took a bike tour nearby that was awesome. Staff provided excellent service, really helpful with recommendations.

Couples looking for a lovely stay
I particularly enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine waiting for me in the room, really added a nice touch to the whole atmosphere. Plus, the location was a total win—just around the corner from tons of restaurants and shops.
It wasn’t exactly cheap either, but for what you get, it felt acceptable.

Browns Downtown Hotel offers an excellent location right in the center of Lisbon. I loved how close it was to major attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff impressed me with their friendliness and attentiveness. They provided great local recommendations for dining and tips for getting around, which made my visit much smoother. My room, a Superior Double, was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and useful amenities like a coffee machine. However, I faced a couple of issues. The soundproofing in the room left much to be desired. street noise was noticeable at night. Additionally, controlling the water temperature in the shower was tricky—it would swing between very cold and hot unexpectedly. I also think the breakfast seating could use more accessibility options. Despite these hiccups, my stay was enjoyable because of the fantastic staff and great location.

Absolutely loved the delicious homemade ice cream I snagged at Browning Bistro! Plus, the staff went above and beyond with little touches like complimentary champagne for our anniversary. talk about the royal treatment! The location was spot on, making it a breeze to explore Lisbon's hidden gems.
While Browns Downtown has style, I noticed a few hiccups. There were some renovation vibes happening, which made it feel a tad unfinished, and my room was a bit cozy with no external view. I’d definitely choose a room with a view next time to soak in the Lisbon light.
